A whole bar built on fresh mango, nothing else

Mango Mango skips the menu and does one thing: mango, sliced every way. Shaved ice, mousse, sago, sticky rice pairings, no savory food to distract from it. It's a format borrowed from Hong Kong and southern China, landed on an island where mango isn't imported novelty, it's the local crop.

On Sorrento Street it works as a stop between shops, not a sit-down meal. Bright bowls, good light, built for the crowd filming their way down the street between the bigger restaurant openings in the same bazaar.
