A matcha specialist holding its own corner of Sunset Bazaar

Skip the general coffee menu next door. Mat Chan does one thing: matcha, in lattes, iced cups and desserts, with a narrower list than most of its bazaar neighbors.

It sits in the bazaar's cluster of drink and dessert counters, catching foot traffic between Eric Kayser's bakery and the burger and grill stalls down the row. Go here for something colder and greener between the heavier options.
