The island's first German-style beer hall, brewing lager on the Sunset Town sand

Picture pork knuckle and sausages at a long, loud communal table, fireworks going off over the water mid-bite. That's dinner at Phu Quoc's first dedicated craft-beer restaurant, a timber two-storey hall with a mezzanine, built Munich-brewhouse style right on the sand at the island's southern tip.

The house lager is brewed on site, and the European menu is built for sharing rather than solo plates. It sits close enough to the water that service runs alongside the nightly Symphony of the Sea light show timed to sunset.

Really nice place to spend the evening. We had a lot of fun, the atmosphere was lively, and the food was very good. A great spot to relax, eat well, and enjoy some time with friends. Would definitely come back.

We had an amazing dining experience! The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality food. Everything was well prepared, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Ilya for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. He made sure we had everything we needed and truly made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back the next time we're in the area.

This was the most amazing evening for us in Phu Quoc. Thuy Duong was awesome in welcoming us and seating us in the most strategic point to enjoy the Symphony of the Sea show at the Guiness Book of works records world’s largest beachfront beer hall. The atmosphere, the show and fireworks were awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. A must see.

Had a fantastic experience at Sun Bavaria Gastropub in Phu Quoc. The buffet had a great variety of food with plenty of fresh and delicious options, and everything was kept well stocked throughout the night. The atmosphere was amazing, especially while watching the Symphony of the Sea light show — it truly has to be seen to be believed. The fireworks display was absolutely spectacular and easily one of the best we’ve ever seen. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Phu Quoc looking for great food, entertainment, and an unforgettable atmosphere!
