Everyone else treats matcha as a side note on the coffee menu. Mouima makes it the whole point, whisking ceremonial-grade Japanese green tea to order on Rue C in Hydra.

This has always been my favorite place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for taking a break. The matcha lattes are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it for a solo date or anyone looking for a comfortable spot to recharge. Special shoutout to the crew, especially the girl on the team they’re always friendly, welcoming, and provide great service every time I visit!!🩷

I absolutely adored this little coffee shop! Vibes were 10/10, cookie was UNREAL and I loved my iced matcha drink!! Super cute and would highly recommend, they’ve a wide variety of drinks, syrups and milks! 10/10!

Always a pleasure when we visit Algiers, matcha is great and they have a varied choice of dairy free milks. The waiter is always friendly and welcoming, and bonus point for speaking perfect english with my kids who don’t speak french and arabic very well.
