Need supplies at 9pm on a public holiday? Epicurean's Jolly Harbour store stays open anyway. It stocks close to 28,000 items, plus a deli counter and bread baked in house.

It's the smaller sibling to the chain's bigger St John's branch, but stocked deep enough for a boat crew's shopping list or a villa's self-catering week. There's no other central grocery in town, so locals use it as the map: directions here run 'behind Epicurean' or 'opposite the supermarket'.

Epicurean in Jolly Harbour is an extraordinary supermarket and truly a gem for Antigua. The selection is remarkable, you can find products from Europe, the United States and many other parts of the world, which makes it possible to cook almost any cuisine authentically. For anyone who loves food and cooking, it’s an incredible place to shop. For an island location, the variety and quality are genuinely impressive. It’s the kind of supermarket you wouldn’t expect to find so far from major international supply chains, and yet Epicurean consistently delivers an amazing range of ingredients. I also want to recognize someone who makes a real difference in the store: Roslin Conway. She is always warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Whenever she is on the floor, she goes out of her way to help customers find products and does so with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her attitude truly elevates the experience and she is a wonderful representative of the store. Epicurean is a place I visit frequently and it has become an essential part of life for anyone who enjoys great ingredients and cooking.

Fantastic selection of just about everything you could need. The prices definitely reflect that you're at the harbour though, no bargains to be found.

Had a delightful experience during a small, quick provisioning at this store. The atmosphere took me back to the USA and UK simultaneously. They offer a great selection of both fresh and frozen foods. However, it’s worth noting that it’s not the most budget-friendly option, so keep that in mind when planning your visit. Overall, a tasty trip down memory lane, but be aware of the prices.

Located in prime area of Jolly harbour. You can buy vegetables, meet, fish, eggs, groceries, toiletries, milk products, beverages, cakes, drinking water. Quality is good and you will find both fresh and frozen vegetables. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative while making billing. Before entering hand wash is mandatory, temperature check will be done by security. You need to maintain social distancing with other customers. Parking space is huge. One of the best supermarket in Antigua.
