Loungers and cabanas on the sand, cocktails in hand, Dickenson Bay stretched out in front of you. Starfish is the daytime half of Salt Plage at Siboney Beach Club, running 11am to 7pm with happy hour kicking in at 4:30.

Skip the full dinner menu next door and keep it simple here: beach bites, cold drinks, no fuss. It's a stop on the way somewhere else, not a destination meal, a short walk from the main hotel strip.
