Hi EVRA team, I wanted to share some feedback from my recent lunch visit regarding a safety concern I observed at the buffet station. While a staff member was kindly serving me, a chef brought out a freshly heated tray and placed it on the near side of the counter (close to the sliding glass door). The tray appeared to be stainless steel and was very hot. As the staff member then reached across to take food from the far side, it looked like his arm accidentally made contact with the hot tray and he burnt himself. I felt compelled to raise this because it could easily happen again to other staff members. A simple suggestion: placing heat-resistant towels, silicone grips, or warning indicators around the handles and edges of freshly placed hot trays could go a long way in preventing burns. Clear communication between kitchen and floor staff when a hot tray is being introduced to the station might also help. I really enjoyed my visit and the food was wonderful — I raise this purely out of care for your team's wellbeing. I hope this feedback is useful! Warm regards, Q

Came specifically to discover Ezra and it was amazing. The vibe, the food, all the healthy options, etc. Wish they had more locations in Sydney 🤍 love the whole environment, also the amount of supplements, protein etc. keep the good work guys! Special mention to Andrea from the staff for being so nice explaining everything :)

Loving this place!! Food looks average until i tried it! It was really good. Sometimes the steaks is closer to raw, but most of time is fine. Matcha was great too. Just need a bit more consistency in the future 💕

An absolutely amazing experience defines my time at EVRA! I went there on Saturday morning for breakfast, and everything was perfect—the food was incredibly tasty and the coffee was delicious. I also have to mention the wonderful staff: Fariza took my order and made me feel completely at home from the very beginning. I truly loved the experience and can’t wait to come back again!
