Raise Rooftop

A rooftop cafe, not a rooftop bar, on Ann Street
Thirteen floors up on Ann Street, Raise Rooftop skips the cocktail crowd for coffee and breakfast over the CBD skyline. That makes it a rarer thing in Brisbane, where most rooftops open with a wine list, not a flat white.
Get there before nine and you'll have the view to yourself. Take the lift from the Ann Street lobby, and stick around, it stays open into the afternoon.

What an incredible space to sit and soak up the sunshine amongst this green oasis right in the heart of the city. Cannot think of a more perfect start to the day than amazing coffee with the most delicious cookies, pastries or brownies served by a super friendly barista. My new favourite !!

A very good location. Unfortunately, I visited this rooftop cafe on a rainy day so I couldn't sit outdoor. There are one big table and a couple of small tables in a small space, but they arranged them very well so it felt quite spacious. As another reviewer pointed out, they offer only baked goods as they don't have kitchen. I had a spinach and feta pastry which was large and tasty. Coffee was nice, but the size may be smaller compared to other cafes nearby. The lady at the cashier was really friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Raise Rooftop cafe. I'm happy to go back on one sunny day.

The atmosphere, staff and coffee is great. Two stars deducted because of the music. The music is loud and more like a club/bar music than a cafe vibe. Anyway, absolutely recommend this place.
