The dance bar hiding under Bar Bruno
Most CBD bars still make you stand near the DJ nursing a drink. Razz Room is the exception: a proper sound system and a floor people actually use, tucked below Bar Bruno at 18-20 York Street.
It only opens Fridays and Saturdays, which keeps it feeling like an event rather than a routine. Grab dinner upstairs at Bar Bruno first, then head down when the night needs more bass.

Nice bar with a great atmosphere. The environment is really enjoyable, and it’s a good place to relax with friends. The drink selection is a bit limited, but the drinks themselves are pretty good. Overall, I had a nice experience and would come back.

Price range would depend on 2 things - how long you are staying & if you made to happy hour. Love this new venue, the live music, the atmosphere, the staff and the strawberry daiquiris ( no lime please 🙏🏽). However I will rate it a 3.7 star because I wish some nights the music/DJ music was better. More control to read the room, words we can sing along too or take “ reasonable” requests, would do wonders for the remaining parties goers to keep the dance vibe/ floor alive. Age 37 Not my first time Love to visit My first time my order was missing an item on it Opening week .

What a spot! A Friday night well spent. Feels like you’re a world away from Sydney CBD here. Odd Culture Group have a knack for nailing the vibe and this might just be their best yet. Also the food was unexpectedly amazing for a cocktail bar/music lounge - the burger was amazing!!
