Two plunge pools, a 270-degree sweep of the south coast and skyline, and a crowd that skews adults-only. Vista sits on the top floor of Hotel Indigo Bridgetown, the kind of view worth the climb before the sun drops.

The tapas menu stays deliberately small. It's built to back up the cocktail list, not compete with it, so order light and let the drinks do the talking.
