Pastry and coffee on the way to the ferry, a sushi bowl at lunch, a sit-down dinner in the evening, all without changing address. One29 packs a bakery counter, café, sushi bar and full restaurant into the same spot at 129 Front Street.

It's an unusual bet for Hamilton: one kitchen covering the whole day instead of four separate shopfronts. The building sits in one of the city's Economic Empowerment Zones, and right now it's one of the only places in town trying this combination.
