La Boheme owns the corner of Rubén Terrazas and Sucre, close enough to the plaza that it works as the town's default meeting point before anyone picks where dinner happens. The draft list runs on Fuerte Brau craft beer, and the kitchen's move is ribs braised in beer with homemade barbecue sauce, ordered as a snack with drinks or a full meal.

Saturdays bring live music around 9pm with a cover of about 25 bolivianos. There's a non-alcoholic artisanal drink on hand for anyone skipping the beer. Weekends get loud and full. Midweek, ask for the corner tables.
