This is one excellent hotel! 1. The lobby is super spacious and clean, very sleek and modern. 2. Rooms are modern, luxurious, stylish and spacious. The bathrooms have both a bathtub and shower (one of the best showers I've experienced or seen in hotels!), the pillows are soft and comfortable, and all the amenities one would expect from a five-star hotel are there (fridge, bathrobe, slippers, etc.) 3. Breakfast is the best I've had in a European hotel- full stop! The ladies who work the breakfast shift are the nicest and most helpful I've ever seen in a hotel- a true pleasure to deal with. Anything you need to customise food options to cater for allergies and they'll always deliver promptly. The breakfast itself is also world-class, with an egg station for omelettes etc, meat cuts, veggies, fruits and a broad selection of foods both Bulgarian and international. 4. The spa is also extremely good and highly in-demand across Sofia so you better book in advance if you want to book any treatments! Great swimming pool and sauna. The one flaw I'd report is the location. Yes it's in Sofia but it's not quite in the centre of Sofia. I personally liked the area because it had a 5-star gym opposite it, but for those who love to be in the thick of the action then you'll have to walk 5-10 minutes to the nearest metro station (called Business Park) and head to stations closer to the centre such as Serdica or Vitosha. Not ideal but depends on each person's objectives and circumstances. Thank you to the staff at the hotel for the excellent treatment and this will definitely be my go-to hotel in Sofia. We had exceptinal two nights stay at the hotel! Modern facilities, attentive and polite staff - Kamen at the reception made us smile with his professionalism and warm personality! Last but not least - great view toward the business park. We took advantage of the massage studio and we had a blast - Nari was amazing! Very convenient connection to the airport. Looking forward to return!

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Sofia and it never disappoints. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job and we truly appreciate their attention to detail. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast offers a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. We especially enjoy walking around the newly developed neighborhood, which is modern, pleasant and full of life. The only downside is the swimming pool area. As I had read in other reviews before our stay, swimming training sessions do indeed take place there. Unfortunately, this can be quite disruptive for guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the pool, as it becomes crowded and noisy during those times. Apart from this issue, our experience has always been excellent and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia. We look forward to returning again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I love going back to this hotel over and over again. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. All rooms and facilities are modern and maintained with the utmost care. The location is perfect as it is a short taxi ride from the airport, there's also a metro station that is within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings too as the hotel is set within a modern business park with a lake, some cafes and shops, and has got views of the Vitosha Mountain. Much deserved 5* from me!
