360-degree views from the tallest rooftop in town

Sihanoukville's skyline is short, and 23 Sky Bar sits above all of it, on top of the Trimulia Hotel on Street 801. Indoor and outdoor seats wrap the whole floor, so the view runs a full circle from the rooftops out to the Gulf of Thailand.

The hotel's all-day restaurant is one floor down, but this stop is about the horizon, not the menu. Order a cocktail, grab a light bite, and stay for the crowd building as the sun drops over the water.

Such a nice place , great for party with great view , also the most fav Tasmanian Salmon Fillet , worth the price , waitress services very nice and polite . Also the barista can make your own kind of cocktails if you need 😋❤️

The food isn't worth the price, but I think it's worth it to have a cocktail and spend the evening or a sunset in a nice atmosphere and listen to good music at the bar with a 360-degree view of the city
