Haru Coffee splits seating between an air-conditioned room and an outdoor terrace, so you can dodge the heat at midday and move outside once it breaks. That flexibility, plus hours that stretch from 7:30am to 10pm, put it closer to Sihanoukville's all-day cafés than a breakfast spot that shuts by early afternoon.

It soft-opened over three days in late June 2026 with a buy-two-get-one coffee deal to mark the launch.
