Skip the pool bar noise and head for the quiet corner of the Novotel Sihanoukville Holiday Resort's lobby. Gourmet Bar & Café bakes its pastries in-house daily and keeps a full salad and sandwich menu running alongside a proper tea and coffee list.

It's one of four outlets that launched together in 2024, but this is the one that works for an early flight or a late work call. Open 6am to 10pm, it's become the hotel's default meeting spot for anyone who wants coffee without the beach crowd.
