Charcoal grill on the sand for seafood and Asian plates
King prawns, squid and sea bass come off the charcoal grill all day, right on the beach at Novotel Sihanoukville. Asian-style starters and heavier cuts like lamb rack and côte de boeuf round out the menu, feeding the infinity pool crowd next door and anyone who wanders in off the sand.
The kitchen runs from mid-morning past midnight, long hours for a hotel restaurant. Stay at the same table from a pool afternoon straight into a beachfront dinner.

Excellent food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Aqua Bar & Grill and will definitely return!
