Sihanoukville's biggest beach club, right on Otres Marina Road

Skip the small beachfront bars. Khayangan built a full pool deck, several bars and a kitchen that runs from brunch straight through to late night without a dinner-time cutoff.

The crowd is a mix: resort guests staying nearby and day-trippers driving down from town on weekends for themed party nights and wine deals that change week to week.
