Where do I even begin? L’Après is an absolute gem hidden in the heart of Calgary, and it deserves every bit of praise it gets. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere wraps around you — intimate, moody, and impossibly cool. The cocktails are in a league of their own. Beautifully crafted, balanced, and clearly made with intention. I ordered two rounds because I simply wasn’t ready to stop. Each drink felt like it had a story — the kind of bar where you can tell the team behind the bar genuinely loves what they do. And the service? Truly top notch. Attentive without hovering, warm without being performative. The staff made us feel like regulars from the very first visit — remembering small details and making sure our evening was perfect from start to finish. À bientôt, L’Après. You’ve earned a loyal guest.

I recently hosted my book launch for I Confess at L’Après, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Jordan was incredible to work with. He stayed in contact throughout the planning process, made sure every detail was taken care of, and was always available to answer questions or accommodate anything I needed. His organization and attention to detail made the entire process feel stress-free. The staff were absolutely wonderful—kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely supportive. They made both me and my guests feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was exactly what I had envisioned. The cozy, moody ambiance was the perfect setting for my book launch and matched the theme of I Confess beautifully. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the venue. The food was also fantastic—everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend L’Après whether you’re planning a date night, celebrating a special occasion, or hosting a private event. Thank you to Jordan and the entire team for helping make such an important milestone in my life so memorable. I’ll always be grateful for such a wonderful experience.

We came back to L’Apres this Saturday for the live music and were surprised to see that the menu has expanded since our last visit. The atmosphere was great as always. The pianist and singer did a fantastic job. We ordered the fondue, which was delicious, and also tried the mousse desserts. Excellent. Despite it being very busy, the service was excellent. It was energetic, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. A special thank you to Julia, who took care of us. She explained the menu in detail, made excellent recommendations, We’ll definitely be back!

What a great vibes. L'apres is the place. I had the Cafe noir and negoni, the drinks were so good. Friendly service. Jordan the bartender was awesome. You Definitely coming back

We went for date night, we enjoyed the vibes at l'apres, the drinks and food were awesome. The service was excellent. Our server Jasmine was very good. This is our new go to place. We are coming back soon.
