Hotel dining that reopens on its own schedule

Silverwater runs breakfast from 6am and an Italian-leaning dinner built around pizza and pasta out of the Chateau Jasper hotel on Geikie Street. The lounge doubles as one of the hotel's few sit-down spaces once the kitchen shuts, all low chairs and couches.

It closed for a stretch and reopened under the same name. It now announces reopening days on the hotel's social feeds, a sign of how closely Jasper regulars track which kitchens are actually running.
