Vinyl runs the room here, not the other way around. Amatista built its whole space around the sound system first, then figured out food that works while you're listening, not talking over it.

The listening-bar format hit Chile late, then all at once. This is the Vitacura take on it, and one of only two in Santiago doing it properly.
