A gin bar in Gorica, opened by a 23-year-old and a 22-year-old

Leon Cinotti and Stella Nikpalj were 23 and 22 when they opened Ginfinity Bar on Trg pučkih kapetana in Gorica in 2024. The list stays tight and gin-focused, built on house-made spice blends and syrups instead of a name-brand pour list. Gin and tonic is the obvious order, but the bar also covers whiskey, beer and specialty coffee for anyone not in the mood for gin.

Nargila service sets it apart from most of Šibenik's bar scene. The Gorica address, off the busiest stretch of Riva, gives it a quieter, more residential feel than the harbor-front spots. It opens at 10am and runs to 1am most nights, earlier on Sundays.
