Espresso, filter and cake in the Zelný trh 10 courtyard

Buchta C is a small coffee counter set in the Zelný trh 10 courtyard, beneath the vertical garden of the Platz development. The menu stays simple: espresso, filter coffee and homemade cakes, with a few seats inside and more outside in the courtyard.

It's part of the Buchta family of cafés, which started in Glasgow in 2017 and carries the same vegan-friendly, dog-friendly approach. A good stop for a quick, well-made coffee just off the Cabbage Market.

One of the best coffee places in Brno, the cappuccino is amazing! BuchtaC is very cozy and comfy, the interior is quite small but I personally prefer it that way, it's part of it's charm. But if it's not your thing you can also sit outside and there's plenty of space. It's one of the secret gems around Brno. Quality coffee, perfect service with professional and friendly staff. You can try plenty of sweets as well. Buchta fillings with tvaroh, plums or poppy seeds, for every taste! Prices are fair. Internet is slow sometimes, because of the architecture of the place. It's fine because you can be more present while enjoying the delicious coffee ☕ Bringing cash can be convenient but not necessary.

Very small and a little bit hidden, but cozy place, with amazing cafe and buchta (as the name suggests). I highly recommend going and sitting in the courtyard sipping a coffee while enjoying the view :)
