Skip the sit-down parlor. This is a walk-up counter tucked between Zara and the food court at Blue Mall, built for the between-bags stop rather than a destination of its own. Helados Bon is Dominican through and through, not an import wearing a tropical logo.

Flavors rotate with the season, but most locals order dulce de leche without even glancing at the board. Grab a cup and keep shopping.
