Handmade mozzarella and burrata in an industrial strip

Skip the beach and drive to a San Rafael industrial park for the best stracciatella in Bávaro. Naturlatte makes mozzarella, burrata, and stracciatella by hand, using Italian methods and, when they can get it, Italian ingredients flown in rather than local substitutes.

This is a working cheese shop, not a cafe with seating. Regulars swear the stracciatella alone is worth the detour from anywhere on the coast.
