Charcoal steakhouse next to Bao, fired with Japanese coal

The oven here is custom built and burns Japanese hanmaru charcoal, hot enough to crust a ribeye in seconds while the center stays pink. That's the draw at this steakhouse by the Westin Puntacana entrance.

But it's not only about steak. Whole grilled fish and prawns get equal billing on the menu, and it's reservable by anyone, hotel guest or not, right next door to Bao.
