Tacos with actual attitude in Sanctuary Town

Good Mexican food is rare around Cap Cana, and this taco bar fills the gap loudly. Its own marketing calls it the country's first dedicated taco bar, hard to verify, but the room backs up the confidence: color everywhere, murals and details pulled straight from Mexican folk art.

Sanctuary Town is open to the public, not locked behind the resort's hotel gates, so anyone heading to Juanillo Beach can walk in without booking a room. Dinner only, 6 to 11pm, next to neighbors like Sushi Town and El Rincón de Paco.
