House-made Italian gelato at Grand Palladium

Skip the soft-serve machine. This gelato counter at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro actually makes its own gelato in-house, not scooped from shipped-in tubs, which is rare for an all-inclusive dessert stop.

It was one of the specific new additions the resort named after its $615 million renovation, alongside Piacere, both opening the same day. Guests only, no outside walk-ins, but if you're staying there it's worth the detour after dinner.
