Basque-leaning pintxos and wine, Pompei's looser little sister

Skip the set menu and graze instead. Bar Paral·lel builds its evenings around pintxos and shared plates with a Basque tilt, new wave Spanish cooking that rewards ordering a little at a time and seeing where the night goes.

It sits across the road from Pompei, run by the same N58 group but built as the looser, more informal sibling. Rüütli tänav already had restaurants lined up shoulder to shoulder before it arrived, and locals say this is the one that changed how the street feels after dark.
