The world's first Rolling Stone rooftop, six floors above Rustaveli

There's a magazine bar now, and it's in Tbilisi. Rolling Stone's only rooftop anywhere sits on top of the Telegraph Hotel, a Brutalist former Post and Telegraph building on Rustaveli Avenue, with a terrace looking out over the city's roofs and the mountain behind it.

It runs breakfast through late-night cocktails and live music, one of seven bars and restaurants packed into the hotel. Go for the view, stay because the name actually means something here.

An outstanding rooftop experience! We came here for a small celebration after our wedding, and everything was perfect. Lisa Tamari provided exceptional service, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is truly unique, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Tbilisi and the river. Excellent signature cocktails, delicious food, and a friendly team made this a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
