400-plus biodynamic bottles in a Soviet-era courtyard

Four hundred-plus biodynamic and organic wines, all additive-free, pulled from Georgia and across Europe. That's the pitch at this bottle shop inside the Stamba Hotel's courtyard, built into a former Soviet publishing house that hasn't been dressed up for the occasion.

You can buy a bottle or just sit and drink one, from mid-afternoon into the early hours. It's become one of Tbilisi's steadier natural wine hangouts, with winemaker collabs and pop-up tastings running through the year alongside Café Stamba next door.

I stop by here at least once a week, usually for one, two, or three glasses of wine. There’s always something new available by the glass, and the selection is incredible—especially if you’re into natural wines. They have an amazing range of Georgian wines as well as interesting bottles from other countries. It’s a truly modern, concept-driven wine space and, in many ways, a great reflection of what’s happening in contemporary Georgian winemaking. I’ve also ordered delivery from them several times, and every experience has been excellent. What surprised me most is that it’s actually much more affordable than it looks from the outside. The staff are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to recommend something new. They’re modern, approachable, and smiling—which, to be honest, is still a pleasant surprise in Georgia. This place just feels different. One of my favorite wine spots in Tbilisi.

Supper cool place we were shocked ! It’s in an inside hidden garden could never guess there is such a beautiful and unique spot from just crossing by on the main road. This place can be compared to NY league. Definitely a must when you visit Tbilisi.

Strolling past it on the street, decided to go inside. Awesome old fabrik, used every corner to something cool. Small niche shops, cafés, open air places and workplaces. Cool atmosphere to just walk around inside.

Quite exquisite, the selection of wine here is absolutely incomprehensible. The staff recommended wine that I was unable to forget the taste of. Of course I’ve had to come here many times. One of the greatest wine bars I’ve visited. This is a must visit place if you’re in Tbilisi. I really enjoyed the Ex vero I S Weingut Werlitsch. Thank you for the service to the staff here.
