A warehouse-sized wine bar pouring only small Georgian producers
Most Sololaki wine bars fit a couple dozen people in a converted cellar. Baasi fits a crowd. The list skips the export-scale wineries entirely and pours only small, family-run producers, served alongside pizzas and snack boards built for sharing.
The size lets it do what its tiny neighbors can't: regular DJ sets, a room that fills up on live-music nights, and wine walks through the neighborhood that start or end at its door. It's become an anchor on the Sololaki wine circuit around Lado Asatiani and Agmarti streets.
