Real gear for the Frankenjura crowd

Bamberg never had a proper spot to buy hiking boots or a climbing harness until now. Philipp and Johanna Meier, who run Draußen Würzburg, saw the gap and opened a second shop on Keßlerstraße.

This isn't general sportswear. It's kit for hikers, climbers and campers, aimed squarely at a region built around the Frankenjura's climbing routes and trails just outside town. Two shops, no chain behind it.
