Sourdough, and only sourdough, from Bamberg's Loskarn bakery

One shop, one product: this Loskarn offshoot skips the usual pastry counter and sells nothing but sourdough, baked slow with the bakery's own natural starters. Loskarn has run other branches since 1958, but Hausbrot is the first built around a single loaf.

It sits right by the old town hall bridge, in the thick of Sandstraße's foot traffic. Betting a narrow, deliberate product works better here than tucked away on a side street.
