Open kitchen, house-made pasta, on Reichsstraße

Ristorante Prestigio put its kitchen on full view on Reichsstraße, a short walk from the Nikolaikirche. Cooks hand-roll pasta, slide pizzas into a wood-fired oven and plate antipasti right where diners can watch. Tiramisu comes out fresh every day, and the wine list sticks mostly to Italian regions.

It opened in July 2025, one of several Italian restaurants that landed in Leipzig's city centre around the same time. Doors are open daily for lunch and dinner.
