Chef Thanos Stasinos brings Nikkei cooking to Corfu's north coast

Nami opened in 2025 inside Unda, a 78-room resort that debuted that year on Corfu's north coast at Roda. Chef Thanos Stasinos runs the kitchen on a Nikkei concept, the Japanese-Peruvian style built on raw fish, citrus and chili, a departure from the Mediterranean and Corfiot cooking found elsewhere on the island.

It's one of three kitchens inside the resort, alongside Phýō, a plant-forward Mediterranean spot, and Pietra, run by chef Miltos Armenis. Together they gave Roda a concentration of serious cooking it didn't have before Unda opened.
