Fine island cooking on its own private cay

You can't drive here. Azure sits on Barefoot Cay, a private island off Roatán between French Harbour and Brick Bay, reachable only by the resort's boat or dock. The open-air dining room turns island ingredients into coastal fusion plates with global technique behind them.

People who aren't even staying at the resort make the trip anyway. Water on every side isn't a backdrop here, it's the reason the kitchen pushes harder instead of coasting on the view.
