Kayaks by day, live bands by night on Chepes Beach

Two brothers with years of sailing behind them built this hostel, bar and kayak center right where Chepes Beach meets Oyster Bay Lagoon. The bar and grill has become a real live music stop, popular enough that people show up who aren't even staying at the hostel.

Mornings mean kayak trips into the lagoon. By night it's one of the few spots on Utila with an actual band or DJ instead of a speaker playing background music.
