Dali and Gala

Seven rooms, one Dali obsession, Burmese bar snacks
Dali and Gala packs seven rooms into 2,500 square feet, every inch devoted to Salvador Dali and his wife and manager Gala. The lighting stays dim enough that you won't scrutinize the artwork too closely, which is probably the point.
The bar leans mezcal and tequila, with whisky, gin, and rum properly stocked too. The food is Burmese-inspired, rare for a cocktail bar. Cold plates are the strength: raw mango on rice crackers, tuna sashimi with ponzu, grilled beef thins, rice paper rolls. The beef skewers run hot.

Art plus cocktail lovers will be immersed in the surrealism inspired by Salvodar Dali. Dim lights and cozy seating add to the experience. Service was excellent. But the salt rim on the glassware for the cocktails can be reduced as the salt overpowers the taste. Food can be improved. Cheers to the owner and staff on the great work.

Surely cocktail bars are the craze now and this place tops it by far. Great vibe, service and f&b quality. The snacks are also amazing. The interior, decor, lighting, music everything matches the experience they promise. I had a lovely time yesterday. It’s slightly expensive but that’s the price you pay for better experience I guess. And ofcourse lovely cocktails.

This was my second visit to Dali & Gala. During my first visit, I genuinely enjoyed the overall experience—the food, drinks, ambiance, and service were all impressive, which is why I decided to visit again. Unfortunately, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I encountered very rude and unprofessional behavior from one of your staff members, Neha. As a guest, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable because of the way she interacted with us. No matter what position a staff member holds, treating customers with respect should be the top priority. A restaurant's success is not only determined by its food and ambiance but also by how guests are treated. It felt as though customer satisfaction was not important, which left a very negative impression on me. I would strongly recommend that the management focus on customer service training and ensure that staff members maintain a polite and respectful attitude toward guests. Happy customers are the reason any restaurant grows and succeeds. Sadly, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Hands down the best bar I've been in India. The bartenders are amazing, they know their drinks. Trust their suggestions and you'll have a good time. Brownie points to the best popcorn I've ever had, I'll definitely visit again just for the popcorns.
