Watch the shutter rise at sunset and the whole place flips. Lighting drops into deep reds, staff change uniforms, and coffee, matcha and wine step aside for fourteen cocktails split across the seven deadly sins, two per sin: Bottomless Pit for greed, Green-eyed for envy.

Food runs South American, Cuban and Korean: shrimp ceviche with aji rocoto, Cuban rice with plantain, sweet corn flan topped with salted popcorn. Come morning it's eggs, pancakes and a Fruit Loop Matcha that tastes exactly like the cereal.

Had a really good evening at The Dual Room. The cocktails were definitely the highlight for us, really well made, creative and the presentation was on point. We tried a few different ones and each had a very different flavour profile, which made the whole experience more fun. Arjun was great with his recommendations. He actually took the time to understand what we like and then suggested cocktails based on our individual preferences. He also gave us some good context around his personal favourites and why he thought we’d enjoy certain drinks, instead of just running through the standard recommendations. The overall vibe was great, dim lighting, good music, interesting cocktails and some really nice food.

The pulled pork sandwich and chicken sliders were both delicious. The pulled pork sandwich was especially satisfying and very filling. The food was great, and we really enjoyed our meal. One important tip: make sure to reserve a table in advance, as it can get quite busy.
