A 290-year-old haveli with three places to eat

Padmaa turns a haveli pushing 290 years old into a boutique hotel with three separate places to eat. The courtyard restaurant does vegetarian Indian food family-style: beetroot galoti kebabs, mushroom makhana korma, soya keema with akha palak, and a Rajasthani thali that skips nothing.

Evenings move upstairs to the terrace bar, drinks over the Pink City rooftops. Come in winter, the courtyard turns unusable by May.
