Indian fashion and a coffee counter under one roof in Hazratganj

The racks and the coffee counter share the same floor here, not a café bolted onto a clothing shop. That's the whole idea behind Basanti, tucked into the Sindh Emporio building on Mahatma Gandhi Marg.

Expect contemporary Indian wear: kurta sets, sharara sets, lehengas and occasion pieces from a label that also trades in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Lucknow gets its own stand-alone address here instead of a mall unit, which is why it's in Hazratganj rather than out on Shaheed Path.

Good to know

Open 11 am to 9 pm.
There's a smaller counter at Phoenix Palassio if you're out towards Gomti Nagar instead.

One day I visited this store randomly and check the whole collection of this brand ‘Basanti’ in Hazratganj. I personally recommended to everyone to buy clothes here for ladies because the collection of this store is too much better and modern. Staff behaviour is so good also.
