Nicobar's first Lucknow store, set inside a 19th-century printing press

Nineteenth-century brick instead of mall drywall: that's the pitch at Nicobar's new Lucknow shop. It took Unit 19 inside Le Press, the converted Newal Kishore printing press on Naval Kishore Road, for the label's twenty-third store in India.

Expect the usual range: linen and cotton clothing for men and women, tableware and textiles for the house, jewellery, and the small leather and canvas travel goods Nicobar started with. Pure Home + Living opened a few metres away the same week, so the building now holds two design-led homeware shops.
