Order five drinks instead of committing to two. Cutting Cocktails takes its name straight from cutting chai, pouring every drink at half measure and half price, so a round becomes a tasting menu instead of a decision.

A cocktail cart modeled on Mumbai's street chai stalls sits in the middle of the 35 seat courtyard. Flavors stay local: Mirchi Martini, Jeera Spritzer, a pina colada riff called Colaba Crush. The snack menu mixes desi and Chindian, think mushroom 65, Taipan chicken, momos tossed in pepper and soy. Find it behind Blend Kitchen & Bar inside the T24 Retro hotel.
