Seroja Bake's Jalan Riau branch opened in April 2025, built around a design that mixes a futuristic finish, hard surfaces, chrome fixtures, with wood and greenery to soften it. The bakery counter sits up front, pastries made on-site rather than trucked in, which is the brand's whole pitch.

The signature order is Kopi Susu Bambu, milk coffee served in a bamboo cup rather than glass or ceramic, a small detail that's become the thing people photograph before they photograph anything else on the table. Ingredients are sourced with the same emphasis on quality the brand uses at its other branches around the city.
