Loft Tea House opened at Ciputra World's East Lobby in May 2026, built entirely around tea rather than the coffee-first format most Surabaya cafes default to. The list runs both hot and cold, oolong varieties alongside blooming flower teas that unfurl in the cup once the water hits them.

Scones, cheesecake and a rotating pastry selection are there to go with the tea rather than compete with it, which keeps the menu narrower than a typical mall cafe. Opening hours run from 6:30am to 10pm daily, covering the mall's full trading day rather than just the evening crowd Ciputra World usually draws.
