Fried olives, no pasta, all osteria-bar energy
Skip the pasta menu, that's the point. Bar Maimon's Italian sibling runs on the osteria-bar tradition: small plates built to sit next to a drink, not a proper sit-down meal.
The fried olives are the ones everyone's talking about, with arancini, spinach polpette and a roasted-grape salad backing them up. It sits right at the edge of the Kerem market, made for grazing and sipping rather than a full dinner.

Really, you can only praise polite and professional service and top-notch food. Don't miss the ravioli.
