Eyal Shani wine, 42 shekels a glass, no catch
A chef whose name usually signals a splurge bill just made wine cheap. Four glasses at 42 shekels each, canned cocktails, and hand rolls eaten standing up in a narrow Har Sinai alley.
The partnership with Maison Perrier is the reason the pricing works. The alley setting keeps it feeling like a secret even as word spreads fast.

Idea: great Food: good needs improvement Service: could be better Overall execution: not great The whole concept of a hand roll bar is amazing, but what has worked and made other hand roll bars so successful is the experience of sitting at the bar and almost having that omakase experience where you can order a bunch of hand rolls and keep getting them one at a time. Hand rolls are meant to be eaten fresh to keep the seaweed crispy and when you sit outside and wait to be served you end up with soggy seaweed. Not to mention they are way overpriced.. I got 4 small hand rolls and ended up paying over 200 shekels. Crazy!! The rolls themself were good but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you can sit at the bar

Insanely expensive without justification. An experience no more than that.
