One chef, one waiter, serious plates on Washington Boulevard

Aviv Cohen, the chef behind Local Burger and Kusit, calls Fe his own take on fast casual: quality food made by one person, served by at most one waiter. Sandwiches and cured meats sit next to vegetable dishes and house pickles on the same board.

Sourcing stays local. Fish and cheese come from Levinsky, vegetables from the Carmel market. Washington Boulevard's slow comeback finally has an anchor.
