Te Caffè opened on October 16, 2024, on Via Sforza Pallavicini opposite Castel Sant'Angelo, an extension of pastry chef Giulia Pennesi's project next door, Te Cioccolateria, which she has run since 2022. Where the original shop is built around chocolate, Te Caffè shifts the focus to coffee and morning pastry, sharing the same address and clientele.

The bar pours specialty coffee from 1895 Coffee Designers, Lavazza's dedicated specialty line, across a handful of extraction methods, alongside croissants, pan suisse and maritozzi baked in-house. It's open only through the day, from 7am to 8pm, positioning itself as a breakfast-and-daytime stop for the steady tourist traffic around Castel Sant'Angelo rather than an evening destination.
